The First Step

The first step after reaching out, is a brief phone consultation (5-10 minutes) or email correspondence with the owner and treating Speech and Language Pathologist to learn more about your child and to determine if We Talk is the right fit for your family.

During this conversation, please be prepared to share:

• Your child’s age

• A brief description of your area(s) of concern

• Relevant background information

• Your preferred contact information

This call allows us to discuss next steps and answer any initial questions you may have.

What to Expect Next

After the brief initial consultation, you will receive an intake questionnaire via email. This questionnaire must be completed prior to your child’s first scheduled appointment to ensure sessions are individualized and thoughtfully prepared.
