With over 18 years of clinical experience serving infants, children, and adolescents, therapy is guided by both evidence-based practice and seasoned professional judgment. Experience matters — especially when tailoring intervention to complex, individual communication needs.
Therapy sessions incorporate structured, task-oriented activities alongside movement-based and play-integrated learning experiences. This balanced approach supports attention, engagement, and skill acquisition. Clear and supportive expectations are established to promote participation, confidence, and consistent progress. Communication is more than speech sounds and speaking. It is complex. It involves regulation, confidence, connection, play, language skills, cognition, and functional participation in everyday life. I strive to support the child to succeed in and out of therapy sessions.
“Intentional structure. Engaging experiences. Meaningful communication.”
